Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Dr Daneshvar and his team. A routine, full body MRI from Function Health showed what was likely a cancerous lesion on my prostate. It took me two months to get in to see Dr Daneshvar for a consultation. Dr Daneshvar told me he would order, on a rush, a specific MRI of my prostrate. When I called UCI two weeks after the consultation for an update I was told that the MRI had not been ordered because the notes from my appointment with Dr Daneshvar were incomplete. I was assured that the notes would be completed and the MRI would be ordered. When I checked again four days later the MRI still hadn’t been ordered by Dr Daneshvar. He seemed like a knowledgeable and empathetic doctor but the process to get a simple MRI was not handled properly and that made me lose faith in him and his team.

UPDATE: I was contacted personally by Dr. Daneshvar on the weekend by phone and he offered a very genuine apology for the errors that were made.

The best in the business. He is the most knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and understanding Dr I’ve ever dealt with. He completely changed the outlook of my life. I couldn’t recommend him more highly
